Welcome to face-less.net ("face-less," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI image generation service. By using face-less, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

face-less is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create synthetic images using publicly available AI models (SDXL BigLust17, IPAdapter FaceID) and open-source technologies (ComfyUI). Users can customize image generation through prompt selection and parameter adjustment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use face-less. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

To access image generation features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. AI Image Generation Service

face-less provides an AI image generation service with the following characteristics:

  • Images are generated using AI models trained on publicly available datasets
  • Results may vary in quality, accuracy, and artistic merit
  • Generation may fail due to technical limitations, high demand, or system errors
  • Processing times may vary depending on server load
  • Generated images may contain distortions, artifacts, or unexpected elements
  • The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or upgrades

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images. The service may produce unexpected, distorted, or undesired results. System failures, delays, and errors are inherent limitations of AI technology.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

face-less offers token-based access to image generation:

  • New users receive 10 free tokens upon registration
  • Registered users receive 1 free token daily
  • Subscription plans provide daily token allowances
  • Basic Plan: $12/year for 100 tokens daily
  • Premium Plan: $25/year for 250 tokens daily

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription tier.

7. No Refunds Policy

NO REFUNDS:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Subscriptions are considered donations to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the face-less platform. Funds are used exclusively for:

  • Server infrastructure and computing resources
  • Equipment upgrades to improve generation speed and quality
  • Research into prompt engineering and AI model optimization
  • Platform development and feature improvements

Service failures, generation errors, distorted images, delays, or dissatisfaction with results do not qualify for refunds.

8. Content Policies

You must comply with our Content Policy. Prohibited content includes:

  • Any images depicting or resembling real, identifiable individuals
  • Any content involving minors (under 18)
  • Illegal activities, violence, or extreme content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Be solely responsible for content you generate
  • Not share or distribute account credentials

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you generate. However, face-less retains the right to use generated images (without personally identifying information) for research, development, and service improvement purposes. The face-less platform, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused tokens or remaining subscription time.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, face-less SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
