1. Products & Services
Face-less exclusively sells digital files: identity profiles in tensor format and advanced configuration sets (poses, outfits, framing, scenes, etc.) for use with the Face-less ComfyUI node.
The Face-less ComfyUI node itself, a basic profile, and a basic set are provided free of charge. An extended free pack with additional profiles and an extended set is also available at no cost.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the products, once a download link is provided, the transaction cannot be reversed.
It is the buyer's responsibility to have thoroughly tested the free Face-less node and workflow on their ComfyUI installation before making any purchase. The free Starter and Extended packs exist specifically for this purpose.
3. No Technical Support
Face-less does not provide support for:
- ComfyUI installation, configuration, or troubleshooting
- SDXL checkpoints,
.binadapter files, LoRAs, or any third-party models - Other custom nodes required for the workflow
- Hardware compatibility or performance issues
If the free node works correctly on your setup, the purchased files (additional profiles and sets) will work correctly within the typical limits and error rates of SDXL-based image generation.
4. Expected Results & Limitations
AI image generation is probabilistic. Results may vary depending on the checkpoint, hardware, settings, and seed used. Face-less profiles are optimized for consistency but are subject to the inherent variability of SDXL models.
In controlled conditions (recommended workflow, suggested checkpoint), the pipeline typically stays under a 10% error rate for anatomical glitches and artifacts. This is not a guarantee but a benchmark from our testing.
5. Ethical Use
The user is solely responsible for the ethical use of Face-less and all content generated with it. Specifically:
- No impersonation: Do not use Face-less to create content that impersonates real individuals.
- No deepfakes: The node is designed to prevent deepfake use cases and does not accept real face inputs.
- No minors: The node includes filters that block generation of images depicting minors.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in their jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
Face-less profiles and sets are proprietary digital assets. You may use them to generate images for personal or commercial projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the profile files (tensors) or set files themselves.
7. AI-Generated Content
All images on this website are AI-generated. No real people were photographed, depicted, or used as references. Any resemblance to real individuals is purely coincidental and a result of the statistical nature of the AI models involved.
Face-less generates tensors that structure facial form using algorithms and patterns. The checkpoints used by the end user determine the final output. Face-less does not supply or manage checkpoints.
8. Limitation of Liability
Face-less is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
