Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe collects and processes payment data according to their privacy policy.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Generated Images

Regarding images you generate:

  • Images are stored for up to 24 hours with time-limited access tokens
  • Your gallery stores your 20 most recent images
  • Images and prompts may be used for research and model improvement (without personal identification)
  • You can delete your images at any time from your gallery
  • Deleted images are permanently removed from our systems

6. Cookies & Local Storage

face-less uses browser storage to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Remember your preferences and selections
  • Cache generated images for better performance

You can clear this data through your browser settings, but this will log you out and reset your preferences.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your generated images
  • Opt-out of research data usage (by deleting your account)

To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform or delete your account directly.

8. Children's Privacy

face-less is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will terminate it immediately.

9. International Users

face-less operates from servers located in the United States. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account information: Until account deletion
  • Generated images: 20 most recent in your gallery, older images auto-deleted
  • Transaction history: Retained for accounting and legal purposes
  • Research data: Anonymized and retained indefinitely

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform.
