face-less is committed to providing a safe and responsible AI image generation platform. This Content Policy outlines what is acceptable and what is prohibited when using our service.

1. Technology & Models

face-less uses open-source AI technology:

  • ComfyUI: Open-source AI workflow engine
  • SDXL BigLust17: Publicly available image generation model
  • IPAdapter FaceID (Face ID Plus v2): Facial feature control system
  • LoRAs: dmd2_4step_lora and ultrares1_xl25 for quality enhancement

All images generated are synthetic and created by AI. They do not depict real individuals.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use face-less to generate:

  • Synthetic portraits of fictional adult individuals
  • Artistic and creative imagery
  • Images for personal, educational, or commercial purposes (within policy limits)
  • Adult content featuring synthetic, non-real individuals (18+ only)

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Minors

  • Any images depicting or appearing to depict individuals under 18 years of age
  • Any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate content involving minors
  • Content featuring school settings with young-appearing individuals
  • Anime/cartoon styles (loli, shotacon) depicting minors in any context

Real People

  • Images depicting or resembling real, identifiable individuals (living or deceased)
  • Public figures, celebrities, influencers, or recognizable persons
  • Use of real names, facial features, or identifying attributes
  • Characters portrayed by recognizable actors (e.g., movie characters)
  • Deepfakes or likeness reproductions of real individuals

Illegal & Violent Content

  • Sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual acts
  • Extreme violence, gore, or graphic injuries
  • Animal abuse or bestiality
  • Child abuse or endangerment
  • Illegal drug manufacturing or distribution
  • Terrorism or extremist propaganda

Hate Speech & Discrimination

  • Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Symbols or imagery promoting hate groups or ideologies
  • Derogatory or dehumanizing representations

4. Adult Content Guidelines

Adult content is permitted under these conditions:

  • Content must feature only synthetic, AI-generated individuals
  • All depicted individuals must clearly appear to be adults (18+)
  • No real person identification or likeness
  • Content must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • You must be 18+ to generate adult content

Note: face-less focuses on artistic portraiture. The service is designed for generating synthetic portrait photography, not explicit adult content. While adult themes are permitted, the emphasis is on artistic merit and aesthetic quality.

5. AI-Generated Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • All images are created by artificial intelligence
  • No real individuals are depicted or involved
  • Images may contain artifacts, distortions, or unrealistic elements
  • AI may generate unintended content despite input parameters
  • You are responsible for verifying content complies with this policy before downloading

6. User Responsibility

As a user, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not distributing prohibited content generated through our service
  • Respecting intellectual property rights
  • Using generated images ethically and legally
  • Not misrepresenting AI-generated images as real photographs
  • Properly disclosing AI generation when sharing images publicly

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

  • Report it immediately through our platform
  • Provide specific details about the violation
  • Do not share or distribute the violating content

We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

  • First offense: Warning and content removal
  • Second offense: Temporary account suspension
  • Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination without refund
  • Illegal content: Immediate termination and reporting to authorities

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion for policy violations, regardless of the number of offenses.

9. Automated Content Filtering

face-less implements automated systems to prevent policy violations. However, these systems are not perfect. Users remain responsible for ensuring their content complies with this policy. Attempting to circumvent or bypass content filters is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
